2-YEAR WARRANTY
HUMUSOFT offers a two-year warranty for all products.
The warranty period commences at the delivery date.
Our standard process for warranty repairs:
- 1. Customer eliminates possible causes of wrong board usage, errors in connections, etc. to avoid sending good board back and forth.
- 2. If it is clear that the board is faulty, customer sends it to us (transport paid by the customer).
- 3. We test the board and decide whether the fault has been caused by wrong workmanship on our side, or by incorrect use on the customer side. If it's clearly a customer fault, the repair is not a warranty repair, customer pays for it and for the transport from us. In all other cases, we consider it as warranty repair and will send repaired / replaced card to the customer free of charge.
